Josh was born and raised in Bakersfield, California, and spent the majority of his life on the baseball field. After graduating college, he stepped into a career in jewelry sales, achieving many milestones along the way. For example, he was one of six people in the company’s 80-year history to sell one million dollars in a year. Along the way, he married his high school sweetheart, with whom they welcomed a beautiful little girl.

 

Josh finds real estate fascinating. He has many real estate investments himself and enjoys helping others do the same. Josh has always been able to answer friends’ and family’s real estate-related questions, but never had the opportunity to help them firsthand. Now as a licensed real estate agent he is ready to serve his clients living inside (and outside) the city  that he loves.  Josh’s approach includes helping his clients with whatever is needed to make the process simple, straightforward, and transparent.
